This version of our Woodstock Pilsner, brewed with a portion of Connecticut-grown malts, features a unique hop blend to enhance its extended conditioning. Following primary fermentation, natural carbonation has been slowly integrated via traditional spunding techniques, culminating in one of our crispest lagers yet. Pouring a radiant straw-yellow hue, it greets the palate with hearty malts, noble spice, and subtle notes of honey-crusted bread, all balanced by a snappy effervescence and an exceptionally clean finish.
