The Valley is a Single IPA that explores a single terroir through a blend of hand-selected hops from Coleman Farms. Pouring a hazy orange color with mountains of sticky foam, tropical notes jump from the glass. Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic carry notes of white grapefruit, boysenberry jam, donut peaches, and hints of pine sap.
We hope you enjoy this beer with a renewed sense of awe for our unique American terroir.

Rating this as a hazy as that is what it really is IMO.
Color is cloudy, orange. Fluffy, white head that grips the glass. Nose is citrus like weak grapefruit juice. Taste is citrus with some grape flavors. Small amount of bitterness.

On tap in Tewksbury.
Presents milky yellow with a half inch head of white. Persistent retention with decent lacing.
Pungent, pithy citrus in the nose with a hint of dank. Unripe peach, white grape, dried mango.
Mouthfeel is soft but a bit chalky. Unripe citrus on the palate with zero malt and a balancing bitterness.

Had on tap at Sandwich. Pours milky gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is lemon, white wine and dank hops. Medium light body, moderate carbonation, bitter. An ok ipa. Nothing special.
