Yozakura takes its name from the traditional viewing of the cherry blossom bloom in the moonlight or lit by paper lanterns. This dry-hopped Japanese Lager pours a brilliant pale yellow color into the glass with notes of bready malts, straw, and white rice. A thoughtful addition of Night Train hops then lends aromas of apricots, silver needle peach tea, and mango ice cream. Yozakura is as fleeting as the bloom and a purposeful rumination on our ephemeral lives.

Something about this reminds me of Amarillo hops and I really like it in this lager

Pours clear, pale gold in color with one inch head. Taste is lotus flower, black tea and rice. Moderate carbonation, slightly bitter, light body. Nice addition to the Komorebi line. Ok for basting but fine otherwise.
