Red, White, & Blue Fern has notes of fresh grapefruit juice, sweet mango, stone fruit salad, and passionfruit sorbet!
Red, White, and Blue Fern represents the kindred spirit of two nations, experienced through our travels in search of hops. Landing in the Pacific Northwest you witness a window into the rugged soul of our country; Snow capped mountains swoop into lush valleys that then swell into impenetrable forests whose edges are chiseled from the relentless pacific. A days travel brings us to New Zealand, an improbable island from some adventurers daydream; glacial peaks fill sky colored lakes that buttress dense jungle and serene coastlines that soothe the endless sea.
Red, White, and Blue Fern represents our flags shared colors and feature an equal blend of hand selected hops. Pouring a “” color, American Citra and Amarillo conjure notes of fresh grapefruit juice, sweet mango, and summer peach. New Zealand’s peacharine and Nelson then bring uplifting aromas of stone fruit salad, white grape and passionfruit sorbet.
