As the dark winter tapers the light from either end of the day, we crafted a beer to brighten our spirits. Fade to Black is a Double IPA that pours a pale yellow color with a rising head of white foam. Citra and Mosaic hops lend aromas of grapefruit, mango, and candied citrus peel that float above notes of malt and honey. A charge of Lotus hops then adds creamy notes of vanilla and sugary orange that linger within a hoppy bite.

Had on tap at Sandwich. Pours hazy, orange gold in color with one third inch head. Taste is white grape and mango. ...moderate light bodied, slightly bitter, moderate carbonation ...Makes for a good but not mind blowing New Zealand style ipa.

Out of the box my wife thought the cat peed somewhere: that was the delicious citrus peel , overripe tropical fruits. One man’s ceiling is another wife’s floor, as they say. Pours amber golden yellow with a rich fluff head that reduces to sticky tree trunk circles down the side of the glass at low tide. Very tasty mid grapefruit, mango, Girl Scout Lemon Up cookie , sassy hoppy with a wee dank. Feel is prickly which is great with the hop tang. Love the can on this dark and weary New Years Night!

From a 16oz can dated 11/23/25 into a weizen glass. Can message: "Life it seems will fade away" Well that's kind of a downer...
Pours a beautifully thick yellowish orange with little more than a finger of white head. Incredible retention and lacing.
Powerful aromas of sweet citrus, peach, grapefruit light onion grass and wet earth.
Taste is a shot of citrus and fruit juice up front followed by a strong bitterness with slight tang.
Full-bodied yet soft and creamy mouthfeel. Medium carbonation.
I feel like this is Tree House at their best. Outstanding brew.
