Brownie Bite is a blend of fresh Imperial Stout and bourbon barrel-aged stout aged 12 to 24 months. After being conditioned on chocolate and house-roasted coffee, the resulting beer is absurdly delicious, carrying a medium-full body with rich notes of corner cuts of oven baked brownies, bourbon chocolate fudge, tootsie rolls, coffee liqueur, and pleasant pervasive notes of medium-toast oak.

On tap in Tewksbury.
Pours oily balck with zero head or retention.
Black forest cake batter in the nose drizzled with whiskey.
Full bodied with a tacky, oily mouthfeel.
Big concentrated stout character on the palate with a balancing barrel character. Charred bakers chocolate with a hint of bourbon.

Time to try one of Tree House's strong, blended stouts. Poured into a Tree House Sensorik goblet. This one is labeled as Vintage Autumn 2025.

Very dark brown color. A fleeting 1/4 inch, very dark brown head, that settles into a thin ring around the glass. A few spots of lacing.

Intense aroma of fudge, fresh baked brownies, bourbon-soaked candy and dark chocolate. Some coffee notes in the background.

Rich fudge, bourbon and dark chocolate on the palate. Some sweetness but not at all cloying. A bit of coffee bitterness on the back end. Alcohol is apparent but not harsh, blending well with the other flavors.

Full body. Not extremely viscous but coats the mouth enough to let you know you have sipped something substantial.

This really is dessert in a glass. Dangerously drinkable for a 15.9% abv beer - proceed with caution, slow down and enjoy the beer. Tree House has really been excelling at blending fresh and barrel-aged stouts to produce some incredible beers.

Pours clear, dark brown in color with minimal head. Taste is fudge, bakers chocolate and barrel. Thick, heavy body, low carbonation, slightly sweet. Heavy chocolate monster. Lots of straight stout in this one which is a plus.
