Two Tree House titans enter the ring and combine their profiles for an exciting “in-House” collaboration. Pouring a glowing yellow with a thick sea of foam atop it, Queens of the Stone Haze creates a novel yet familiar Double IPA experience.

Haze’s unparalleled smoothness swirls in the glass with sweet summer peaches and dank, overripe papaya notes. Familiarity from Queen Machine bursts with mango ice cream, lime popsicles, and juicy clementine aromas. Brooding beneath this bright introduction is a classic dank and hoppy flavor that makes both beers dear to our hearts.

This beer is a hoppy masterpiece, blending the sweet melodies of Haze with the electric boost of our Tropical Queen Machine. Rock on and drink fresh.

Hazy, deep orange in color. Super thick, white, sticky, frothy head tops this beer. The lacing is almost legendary. Nose orange, pineapple and grapefruit. Taste is soft citrus, more orange than anything. Mild bitterness.

L - love the name. Pours a chomnky turbid darkened yellow. Thick head that jiggles like jello and quakes like cream.

S - dank, tropical aromatics of mango, ripe peach, and mandarin orange.

T - overwhelming juicy flavor. Rich, sugary, decadent. I'm definitely getting the mango ice cream. Perhaps topped with cool whip. Vanilla greek yogurt mixed with orange marmalade, pineapple chunks, and vanilla sweet cream. Clementine does peek through at the very end as the beer brightens up and leaves behind refreshing flavors of lime and citrus.

F - silky and heavy. Full-bodied creamery that leaves me smiling and satisfied.

O - I wasn't terribly impressed with Queen Machine, but this is amazing. Like a beefed up Haze that borrows from the rest of the family tree and then drizzled with creamy deliciousness.

Had on tap at Sandwich. Pours ultra hazy, orange brown in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is big tangerine, with slight melon and fruit parfait. Heavy bodied, moderate carbonation, bitter. The bitterness sticks out. I totally prefer Juice Machine to Queen Machine and it holds true here. Not bad but not upto some recent Tree House releases. Good by most ipa standards...here a bit flat.
