Bright with Peacharine is a clean and elegant showcase for an incredible New Zealand hop varietal- Peacharine! It is crafted with a simple malt bill and fermented with clean American Ale yeast to create a flavor profile that is more a function of its vibrant fresh ingredients than an expression of yeast character. It leads with notes of ripe summer peaches, juicy nectarines, and lime zest. Its delicate aromas are especially pungent when presented in a crisp body and as a singular hop addition. Peacharine stopped us in our tracks when we first encountered it in the field, and we are so happy to share it with you within our Bright series!

Had on tap at Sandwich. Pours murky, pale gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is peach and pale hops. Medium light body, moderate carbonation, slightly bitter. Makes for one of the better versions of Bright.
