Night Blooming Jasmine is an amplified version of Transcendental and pours a glowing yellow color in the glass. A blend of Strata, Cashmere, Centennial, and Citra hops creates an evolving array of tropical aromas. Within its fluffy body, notes of passionfruit, lemon sorbet, ripe stone fruits, and red berries rise above the glass. This beer is best enjoyed at night with those you love while rewatching your favorite movies.

Two fingers of fluffy white foam with giant rocks; excellent Retention; sudsy lace; heavy ring; hazy deep gold with some clarity under cap. Nose is grapefruit and peach. Taste is grapefruit, passionfruit, peach; firm malt base; orange in finish. Medium body; juicy feel; light carbonation; no dryness nor astringency. Overall, a delicious tropical fruit forward hazy that is not overly sweet and not full or fluffy.

Not much bitterness and so drinkable. Honestly top 5 of TH beers I’ve had. I will return.
