Milky DDDazeee is a rendition of our core variant Daze brewed to carry an even greater hop saturation and opacity than the original. It encompasses the sum of all the knowledge we have gained experimenting with new malt, yeast, and processes over the last three years. You may wonder what separates this beer from the original DDDazeee—well, just about everything. We utilize a softer water profile, torrified grains, a different yeast blend, and a hop charge 35% larger than the original. Pouring a milky orange color into your glass, it leads with notes of peach ring gummies, candied citrus peel, peach smoothies, and sugary orange juice notes and finishes with a firm, short-lasting bitterness. It’s a stunner.
