Grail is a Double IPA that pours a glowing orange color with a crown of foam that slowly collapses into the glass. We recently collaborated with Coleman Hops to alter multiple post-harvest processes to heighten the aromatics of some of our favorite lots. The resulting crop provides incredible notes of tangerine soda, fresh orange juice, grapefruit sorbet, and sugary mango slices. We then blended a charge of Rakau and Nelson from Garston Hops, adding layers of limeade, lemon zest, and white grape.
