Nordic Lager that pours a golden yellow hue with heaps of foam. Utilizing Fairy Tale Pilsner malt from the incredible Bonsak Maltsters in Norway, its character is a unique representation of Northern European terroir.

Aromas of honey and spring flowers give way to notes of earthy spice and bright lemon peel. It’s snappy, dry, and crisp as mountain air. The chimney’s smoke is faint in the bright sun as the ice breaks and churns across the surface. The winds that rattled our doors and snuck beneath the sill are finally still. All that’s left of the howling night are tidy drifts swept against the house. Braving the snow, as we must, our work takes us far from warmth and shelter. Soon enough, the shadows grow long, our boots thaw, and our glasses are filled with ice cold lager.
