Dark, dark brown color where light passes along the edge. Good blanketing lace, but the head settles to rim bubbles.
Chalky, mocha aroma.
Much darker flavor (read: dry coffee taste). A demerit comes from the band-aide that shows up in the swallow. Dark, Bakers chocolate in the aftertaste. The body is neutral with a slightly elevated carbonation.
