No bottling date. Not even an ABV that I can find, odd. Bottle #029.

A: Pours jet-black with a tall and dense dark brown head. Head fades slowly, leaving zero lacing. Decent retention however.

S: Strong and sweet bourbon presence. Lots of sweet, smooth caramel. Chocolatey too. Just a hint of spices, not very distinct. When swirled I get it a little stronger, maybe nutmeg? I assume this to be some sort of spiced porter? Once it's fully warmed, I swear I get berries in there. Blackberries? Might be my imagination.

T: Huh. Lots of sweet bourbon up front (caramel, primarily) and I SWEAR I get blackberries with it. Sweet chocolate in the middle, like a hershey's bar. Light spices in the middle and finish too, I can't quite place it. Cinnamon and cloves is my best guess. Sweet overall, between the caramel and the blackberries and the chocolate. It only gets bittersweet in the finish, where it's more of a cocoa-like chocolate now. Hints of spices give it some balance too.

M: Fairly light but smooth. No idea on the ABV so I have no idea how appropriate it is. Actually I just remembered I had their Winter Porter at a tasting once, it looks like it's 7% so I'm assuming this is close. Mouthfeel is about right for the ABV.

O: Wish I had more information on this one, the bottle isn't very helpful. Tastes like a bourbon barrel blackberry winter warmer/porter. It's very smooth for the most part with nice balance. Good drinkability. It just works well overall.

It's looks great. Got a nice head, exceptional lacing, but the mouthfeel is a problem and the flavors are very soft. Smell is decent. You get some roasty malt and cinnamon. The flavor is a little weak considering what it was aged with. Cinnamon is there with slight barrel character. Can't get any bourbon, though. Mouthfeel is watered down so it's easy To drink but not what i want in a barrel aged beer. I will drink the whole bomber, but i was expecting more from the description.

Poured into a Stoneface Teku. Pours like water, with almost no head. Very little going on in the aroma. I can't pull anything on the nose. Taste is also very limited. I get some very weak roasted malts, and the tiniest bit of vanilla and cinnamon on the tail end. Barrel aged? Im not seeing it. The mouthfeel is just awful. It's like water, with faint carbonation. Overall, this is extremely disappointing.
