A: Clear golden color, a finger of white head. Dissipates fairly quickly, nice ring of lacing left behind.
S: Spiciness and grains.
T: Very grainy, wheaty flavor. Some floral notes. Slight bitterness.
F: Medium body, cripsly carbonated.
O: Pretty solid overall. Fairly flavorful and easy drinking. Not my favorite style, but this is one I'd be happy to have again.

500ml bottle poured into a snifter.
A: Golden in color with a good deal of haze. Bubbly white head. Spotty lacing.
S: Grainy and toasty malt, earthy/spicy/herbal hops, perhaps a touch of sulfur.
T: Grains are in clear view with some nutty/toasty character. Muddled doughy and yeasty middle. Hops start floral and end with a sharp spicy, herbal and oily bitterness. Oily and herbal hop finish.
M: Full medium body. Firm, round, and creamy with that unfiltered 'floury' feel. Gritty hop astringency. Crisp bite of prickling carbonation.
O: Rustic was the right word to use. It's unfiltered nature leaves it feeling a little less polished than your better pilsners, but that was the brewer's intent. The beer doesn't suffer because of it, but rather takes on a certain extra charm. This is a well-made and very enjoyable brew for lager fans.

Pours a transparent golden hue with minimal off white head. Bursting with carbonation. Pleasant aroma of pilsner malt and skunky hops. Consistent spicy bitterness with a slight skunkiness, some grain, mostly pilsener, but a little bit of wheat on the finish. There is some light fruitiness as well, blueberries(?). It's a very drinkable pilsner.

L- clear and still pale. white head chills a bit
S- dirty moss pils type shit. potting soil. some fresh baked sourdough bread.
T- doughy malt, spicy and floral hops, skunky weed. crisp crush city but far from bland. simple but really good.
F- appropriate
O- as far as american pils go they generally are either flavorless chug machines or over hopped shitty alternatives to ipas. this strikes a balance between full flavor and refreshing without sacrificing on either end. an homage to the truth backed by the freedom and limitlessness of modern american brewing. good work mother fuckers

The beer poured a clear dark golden color with a 3F head in a Pilsner glass.
Carbonation bubbles from the bottom of the glass.
Aroma-excellent: fruity, mal,t and bubblegum.
The beer is lightly carbonated.
Excellent taste: bubblegum, fruit, finished with a lightly bitter dry finish.
One of the better MA pilsners. If you like Berkshire Czech Pilsner, you will enjoy this beer.

This is a good beer all around. Cloudy yellow/brown color. Smell is coriander, taste is hard to pick out. Some grape, some yeast, some bitter in that order. Feel was very nice. A solid good beer.

Dirty gold with a small bar poured head. Settles to a single layer of bubbles. Good lace. Nearly clear.
Grainy, pale malt and unmalted grain aroma. Slightly sweet without any hop.
The flavor is sweet with a grape soda start. Better hop for bitterness. Full bodied but also with a very highly carbonated. A bit harsh (high hop bite) for the style but very pleasant.
