Riverwalk IPA
IPA
RiverWalk Brewing Co. IPA - American
The three classic C hops together. Piney, smooth yet crisp. Easy drinking but 6.8 is plenty complex. Crystal and pilsner malts keep the balance real.

This was received as payment for some hard labor over the summer. Boy I wish all currency tasted so good! This is a spectacular rendition of IPA. There is great initial bite as the liquid first touches the tongue. It soon mellows into a sweeter more tropical flavor as it washes down the back of your throat. Your nose is tantalized by piny aromas that envelop the nostrils. Dare I say this competes with Treehouse? It’s close. A Kirkland brand version of “Very Green.” I would absolutely welcome this as payment for labor again

Not at all interesting or balanced. The overly malty taste and bitterness gives me a headache.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a Willi pint glass.
Pours a lightly hazy amber color with 2 fingers of soapy off-white head. The head lingers for a while, leaving some cobwebs of lacing before settling into a puck of foam.
The aroma is very floral and citrusy, bringing notes of grapefruit and lemon. There's plenty of cereal grains and biscuit malt in the back, finished off by a spicy pine note.
The flavor starts off citrusy; namely grapefruit, lemon zest, and orange pith. Then comes a subtle wave of overripe mango, followed by the grainy, doughy malt. Finishes nicely earthy and piney.
The feel is medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. Very crisp, with a lingering bitterness.
Overall, this has got to be the most "adequate" IPA I've ever had. It's a pure West Coast IPA, but it's far from the most bitter or flavorful, or drinkable. Yet it's still very good and exceptionally well-balanced and definitely worth your time.

Very good beer. Ordered an “ipa” in a noisy venue to avoid trying to hear a list of beers. Pleasantly surprised by the richness and finish of the Riverwalk IPA.

In a plastic cup on the deck at Surfside Salisbury Beach. Hazy golden color with a thin white head. Citrus earth pine and light tropical fruits against a backdrop of bready toasty malt. Not too shabby.
