Pint on tap in a proprietary becker-looking thing at Sonny's in Portland.
Appearance: Mostly clear plum color. Short head dissipates quickly.
Aroma: A little citrus, some dark fruit, a little pepper and some faint smoke.
Taste: Tasty, almost kind of jammy beer with a mix of citrus and darker fruit like dates or raisins on the palate. Good stuff. Some booze burn, but not the howitzer that some Scotch ales are.
Mouthfeel: Pretty standard. Not overly heavy.
Overall: Nice take on the style from Bunker. They never disappoint.
