An IPA with a new ale yeast strain and Mandarina Bavaria & Motueka hops! Lots of passion fruit and citrusy flavors with a dry finish. Extremely drinkable, and tastes like a mango grapefruit champagne drink.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color - too hazy to see if there is any visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that has very good retention properties and consistently left a short head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of orange citrus are present in the nose along with notes of herbal hops.
T: The taste follows the follows the smell, except that the flavors of herbal and spicy hops are stronger and more on par with those of the orange citrus. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and rather dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The herbs and spices in this beer, combined with the dry mouthfeel, seem to make this beer seem like a hybrid of an IPA and a Belgian Saison.
