Canned 3/20/19
Pours a nice creamy dense tan head, good retention and soapy lacing, fairly hazy amber reddish auburn color
Nose sweet candy, toffee, caramel, toasted, wheat notes, a bit fruity, malt derived and maybe little yeast,
Taste mild sweet candy, little toffee, caramel, toasted reddish, fruity again malt derived maybe a little yeast, light grassy hop and light bitterness, light doughy wheat, nice fruits apple plum thing, drier finish, lingering light bitterness
Mouth is medium bodied, little creamy, lighter to medium carb
Overall not bad, doesn't quite hit all the doppelbock notes but pretty good
