Pours to permanent white head and moderate la ing. Hazy gold. Aroma is Dubble Bubble and not much else. Flavor is strong on the bubblegum phenolics but it is great if you like it. But not much banana. Mouthfeel is quite nice and true to style. This hefe is a bubblegum bomb.

Enjoyed from a growler via the brewery in a snifter. This fine hefe pours a pale orangish straw color with a very nice dissipating head of white foam that turns to a thin layer and thick ring with nice lacing. Nose of heavy banana, medium strong clove, honey, vanilla, and soft wheat. Flavor follow the nose with strong banana and wheat notes up front, honey and mild clove to the center and back, then a light vanilla, banana, and honey note on the aftertaste. Soft and slick mouth feel well within the styles bounds, highly quaff able. Very nice.
Cheers

A nice example of the hefeweizen style. Flavor is dominated by characteristic banana, clove, and vanilla with a bit more hop character to differentiate itself from most German weizens.
