Nice big pour at PreFunk in downtown Boise.. hazy golden.. fluffy white head... nice retention and lacing.
Nose is a pretty decent Witbier with IMO too much residual maltiness... wheat is very resilient.. bitter orange and something that I associate with coriander is also present but not really too balanced and seems light.
Flavor mirrors the palate.. thick grainy/bready with just enough bitterness to balance... traditional witbier spices might be used but could just be my imagination.. More clovey than coriander IMO.
Thicker body... good carbonation... only okay.

Appearance:
Light Golden and very clean. Light white head. Good lacing
Aroma:
Soft malt with light hop spice
Taste:
Crisp and very clean. Good balance with just the right amount of wheat and hops for balance. Orange and coriander are in their proper place; not over stated and not too far in the background.- no need to add a slice of citrus to this beer it stands on its own.
Palate/Mouthfeel:
Very light and dry with good carbonation and a dry clean finish
Overall:
An easy drinking summer beer. Nicely balanced with no off flavors. Very well crafted

In a pint glass at the grand opening.
Hazy straw gold with a fluffy white head. Aroma of light sweet malt and orange citrus.
Taste is smooth and soft. neutral yeast and subtle orange and spice. Hops are clean and mild. Not my preferred style but this is a great beer on a hot day. Very approachable and easy drinking with light mouthfeel. Carbonation is great and the aftertaste is very clean.
