Pours an effervescent copper with 2 fingers of pearl colored head. Good lacing & head retention
S: Cranberry, not much else
T: Peppery rye, cranberry, woody hops up front. Hints of caramel mix with woodyness, rye, dryness & cranberry as this warms, bitterness starts skewing to astringent. Finishes with a little malty sweetness, peppery & woody bitterness
MF: Medium body, firm carbonation, okay balance
Got a free sample & thought it was interesting, really doesn't hold together for a 12 oz pour. This is a one & done for me
