An interesting offering of simplicity from the brewery, located right up I-49 from my location. A Mosaic hops-only brew with 2-Row and Crystal malts for the bottom end. Very grassy and earthy in the mouth with ne'er a hint of sweetness to be found. Exhales dry and green with a lingering bitterness. Points given for originality- one of the more unusual IPAs I've tasted to date.

Pours an effervescent amber with a thumb+ of pearl colored head. Nice lacing & head retention
S: Bready. a little grassy & soapy
T: Bready, piney, a little dry up front.
MF: Medium body, subtle carbonation, decent balance, Woody & piney hops along with biscuitty malt as this warms. Finishes dry, woody & piney with just a little malt sweetness
