February 21st, 2016 - I do like to start sampler sessions with blondes, and though often unexciting they can have some potential to surprise. Home Brewing Co's Belgian Blonde is one of these treats, with a clear body and a lovely scent of fresh and macerated strawberries.The taste is refreshing and pleasant too, with a firm body and great notes of ripe strawberry and a little leather dryness. Smoke, too! As if the leather was cured. And then it ends with a quick pop of grape jelly sweetness.
