Pretty nice murky IPA, The underlying sweetness really helps tone back the hop bitterness that I dare say might be a wee bit too much without the sugar. Together, the two tastes work incredibly well. Its balanced and just heavy enough to pack a punch; an overall well-rounded beer. Its also bit deceiving at 7.2%

so how do you spell it anyway? sherbet (yes, i think so), or sherbert (no right?), yes somehow here i am adding a beer to the site that i know is misspelled, maybe on purpose. whatever, its really good beer. not sure why the can has a funny mustachioed lemon on it, thats gross, but consistent with the name. its a hazy ipa and it definitely has milk sugar in it, but much to its detriment, this neither needs sweetness or body to be good. this absolutely has some weight and some permanence to it, but a sort of lasting bitter hop thing too, its not at all one dimensional, and i think that is part of the success here. notes of sliced hotel lobby continental breakfast and the fruit the use leftover from it for the water. not a good hotel, but one that lets the details look like quality. this beer will drink, and it has a nice grainy base, and it has an immediate relevance. i wish this one would reach more people, its too good to be invisible, but i fear thats what it will face. this place is so sick, go there when you are in town!
