On-tap at Bellwoods.

Beer is cloudy golden with a very small white head.

Nose is dry, with a slightly musty Brett scent. A bit of a dry cereal scent. Spice and some fruit.

The flavour is a bit spicy and rather dry. Light fruits (slightly tropical) and a bit of a bubblegum flavour from the wheat. The Brett provides some dryness, but that is about it- a very faint tartness.

Medium bodied, surprisingly heavy for the very low ABV. Highly carbonated- could be toned down quite a bit.

Overall, hard to believe that this is only 2.6%. A light beer by any standard, but it seems much bigger. Very flavourful. Definitely a great session beer.
