On-tap at Bellwoods.
Opaque pink in colour with a small white head. The nose contains cherry quite strongly, as well as some wheat scents.
The taste is quite tart. The tartness seems to be lacto, with a yogurty flavour. The cherry is quite strong, but the tartness is stronger, taking a bit of the fruit focus away.
Light bodied, strongly carbonated. Tart. Refreshing, but the bubbles are a bit much for me.
Overall, pretty good. Nice for summer.
