A: Very pale opaque orange with a moderate head that subsides slowly. Attractive lacing.
S: Strong citrus notes with a very mild funk..
T: Peppery. The citrus on the nose is also present in the taste. The bitterness is very low. Light and drinkable. The flavour dies on the swallow.
F: Strong carbonation, lighter body, crisp and dry.
O: Despite the use Nelson Sauvin, which I very much enjoy, this as not as enjoyable to my mind as was V. 2 or V. 3.

This last iteration of Jutsu is brewed with Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe, along with a Vermont yeast. From the hop profile, I expected to like this one the best, but it is a bit weaker than 1 or 3. Considerably more subtle than the bright fruit flavours found in 3, this one offers pine and weedy flavours, alongside some light tropical fruit. It has a notable spicy finish, and the carbonation seems more intense, which disrupts the otherwise pleasantly soft body. Good, and on its own terms very nice, but had immediately after 3.0 it comes up short. Having them in the opposite order would probably have been better.
