Hazed light blonde colour, one finger of white head, little lace. Smell is dominated by fruity hops, citrus, pineapple, peach and grapefruit, very little in the way of malt present, smell is quite juicy and the fruit is very expressive here. Lots of citrus hop flavour, grapefruit and peach, orange rind follows, sweetish mid palate into the finish, relatively low hop bitterness but is full of hop flavour, light crackery malt in the periphery. Light-medium carbonation, med-light body. Another good Jutsu but would have liked this a bit drier, still quite enjoyable.

Poured a cloudy but bright dark yellow colour. Bright and fresh with juicy grapefruit, peach and tangerine notes coming through. A nice bitterness with a clean, dry and oily mouth feel.

Another very good Jutsu. This one uses a Vermont yeast with Citra and Galaxy hops. I get a strong lemon flavour, as well as some grassy, herbal flavours. Some bright fruits. I am guessing that the Galaxy is more prevalent than the Citra in this version, whereas the reverse is true of v. 3. That may be wrong. Very good and close with 1 and 3.
