A perfectly hazy, incredibly flavourful IPA with bold notes of stone fruit, basil, pineapple, and black tea. Subtle dank hop character within a well-balanced, lightly bitter body.

Murky orange/yellow colour, a finger of white head and some lace. Smell is full of big green hops, dank and piney, a bit of a minty-basil like point as well, tropical fruit points with some mango and pineapple, almost zero in the way of malt to speak of. Taste os juicy up front, starts with a bit of bitterness up front but after that its all hop flavour, mix of dank pie and earth and tropical fruit, mango and pineapple, some orange flavours in the aftertaste, finishes dry. Light-medium carbonation, medium full body. Solid stuff, would love to see this made again.

Nose is a nice mix of tropical fruits and some herbal scents. The brewery's description mentions basil, which I don't think I would have identified myself, but having read it, the herbal scent does indeed smell like basil. It certainly doesn't taste like basil (probably a good thing), but the fruit is there along with a bit of a weedy flavour (a good thing). Moderately bitter, full bodied. Tasty!
