Really hazy peach color with white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity with generic stonefruit notes. Taste starts sweet with peach notes, continues with herbal hop bitterness, finishes quite dry. Medium plus body, medium carbonation. Overall it's another great DIPA from Bellwoods with a really well hidden ABV.

One of the very few Ontario IPAs with BIG hop flavor, smooth bitterness, great mouthfeel and a clean dry finish. Seek this one out.

A remarkably big, juicy aroma from this beer. Melon dominated, with floral scents and honey. The taste came as a surprise to me. I'm not sure why- again it is melon heavy. It may be due to the fact that the flavour is so pronounced it seems something has been added to it. Also, as described, it does have a sweetness that is unexpected. Interestingly, the sweetness comes without a very strong malt flavour. Certainly no hint of caramel or bread. Incredibly drinkable, very smooth with no hint of the alcohol. Finish is slightly bitter with some grass. The abundance of hop flavour is pretty remarkable. There is something about the Mosaic flavour that often doesn't quite work for me, and there is some of that here, but generally it tastes great.

Bottle served fresh and chilled. Day old 500ml bottle with generic label.
Pours with a thick and prosperous head. That peters off to a lace ring about half way through the beer. Pastel orange in colour. Moderate haziness without excessive clouding.
Nose is fresh hop bomb. Classic mosaic and cascade aromas. Citrus, earthy pine.
Juicy resinous sap on first sip. Nicely balanced hops and malts.
Nice carbonation with a smooth mouth feel.
Overall a great beer fresh. Get some before it's gone!
