This heavily dry hopped Milkshake-style IPA was brewed with lactose sugar and apple pectin, and was conditioned on vanilla and a huge amount of peach puree.

Pours hazy orange with no head but a ring. Smells peach, obviously but it's also rather stinky.
Feels very smooth but the taste drops off with a thud. Pretty empty of substance, shockingly so at 7%. Some tartness, ever so light bitterness but mostly nothing, really. A disappointing "this could have been something" beer.

I wouldn't call this an IPA, but it is a really nice beer.
Super hazy peach, pours a nice head, light lace.
Aroma of peach and tangerine, with a bit of vanilla.
Super peachy flavour, with a light vanilla that is somewhat milkshake like. Light residual sweetness really works.
Smooth, fairly full mouthfeel with a slight acidity.
Thanks BakaGaijin!

Enjoyed from a 500mL bottle from the brewery. Thanks to BakaGaijin for the trade.
Appearance is a beautifully uniform cloudy straw colour with a hint of peach even in the colour if I'm not mistaken. As with other Bellwoods offerings the head is very small, retention poor with virtually no lacing throughout. There is some active carbonation early on but it doesn't stick around. I would give a 5 for the colour & cloudiness, but a 3 for the appearance of the head. Odour is not all that strong, peach is definitely noticeable, hop is there but faded behind the peach. The taste at first immediately reminds me of Tang town, also from Bellwoods. Not because the two taste identical, but because if you didn't know this was a beer, you might think you were drinking a carbonated juice beverage. The tang town featured passionfruit, this obviously features peach. There is some slight hop in the taste as well, but it's nearly hidden behind the peach; there's also a light sugary breadiness from malt and a barely noticeable sweetness of vanilla. The feel is smooth from the juiciness at first, then just a little astringent from the sourness that accompanies the peach, then just a touch of dry alcohol finish. Despite the lack of head, the feel has a touch of what you'd get in a very carbonated lager. You're left with peachy sweetness on your tongue after each sip. At 7%, it's really a dangerous beer - I was thirsty when I started & finished the 500mL in just a few minutes while really only trying to take small sips for the most part. Looking back, I've mentioned a touch of this & a hint of that; there's a lot going on here & in the end it's a pleasing taste; not what you'd expect from a typical IPA, but the type of juicy beer I've come to expect from Bellwoods IPAs.

From a 500ml bottle served almost straight from the fridge at 11 degrees Celsius into a stemmed IPA glass. The bottle was picked up fresh from the brewery.
Look: The beer pours a murky orange with 2cm of off white, bubbly head that fades into a partial film in less than 2 minutes. Poor lacing and retention.
Smell: Moderate strength and leaning towards sweet. Prominent hops featuring tropical fruit and citrus. Additional notes of peach and faint vanilla.
Taste: The flavour walks hand in hand with the aroma. Moderate strength and well-balanced. Hop-forward with tropical fruit and citrus. Notable peach and low vanilla character. Medium length finish with moderate strength and bitter balance.
Feel: Medium body with moderate carbonation. Gassy and slightly drying. The faintest of alcohol warmth which at 7% ABV is very well-hidden.
Overall: A solid American IPA with a pleasant, summery peach character, mediocre looks, and high drinkability even at 7% ABV. I'd probably have it again during a warm/hot patio day but wouldn't go out of my way to find it.

It's thick, hearty, and pulpy from the bottle. Apricot orange with a heavy dose of haze. A thick, creamy puck of head holds its own on top.
Soft, fluffy, fleshed out vanilla and marshmallows ride a wave of creamy peaches. Pineapple and fruity pebbles follow suit. It really does smell like a peach sorbet.
A sweet foray of vanilla, cotton candy, and marshmallow make for a rounded, pillowy base. Fresh peaches bounce off of it with a flick of tang. Pineapple juice and just a bit of green hop resin poke through as well.
Medium bodied with plenty of cream. It's thick and fluffy. It's something you want to chew on. The finish has a hop-derived dryness and is clean cut with plenty of fruity goodness lingering.
My favorite Milkshark to date. The vanilla and marshmallow notes were more dense, creamy, and pronounced than the other iterations. This went so well with the delicate sweetness of the peaches.

The flavour profile is similar to the others in the series, but obviously with peach. The vanilla is a bit less pronounced than some of the others, and the bitterness more restrained than pineapple or mango. I prefer it to blackberry, but otherwise it is probably my least favourite of the bunch. Still good!

Lots of pulp feeling again. A bit more of a milkshake taste, peach integrated and in secondary. fruity coloured body. Good drinkability. Sweet and some hop kick.No tartness here.
