A continuation of our fruited gose series, this batch was conditioned on fresh lime zest and loads of fresh Italian basil leaves.

Nice bright lime scent, with the basil present but more subdued. A very slight yogurt scent. Flavour is lightly sour, lime heavy and refreshing. Basil is complimentary and largely noticed in the finish. Very close to drinking a lime juice.
