Our first experimentation using whole dried flowers, this pale ale was heavily dry-hopped and transferred on to dried whole rose flowers to give it a bright floral note that lasts from the initial aroma to the dry finish, and is wonderfully complimented by the fresh hop aromas.

A pale ale infused with dried rose petals. Slightly unusual flavour- grapefruit and orange with a "floral" flavour that is (unsurprisingly) reminiscent of rose water. Not sure how many flowers would work with this, but this is pretty tasty.
