He is a ruler, an overlord, a top dog, a crowned head. In the realm of all that is tart and sour, Jelly King reigns supreme.
Rather than choosing between sour or hoppy, we decided to create a beer that would be both at the same time. Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop, harnessing the prowess of lactic acidity, and coming to a bottle near you without a pesky slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of immediate gratification.
This limited edition Jelly King variant was conditioned on loads of pink guava.

500 ml bottle from the LCBO for $7.50 CDN. Served cold into a chalice.
Appearance - fleshy grapefruit colored beer with a finger of loose white head on top. Decent staying power. Very hazy.
Smell - Lots of guava maybe a little tiny hint of grapefruit for added effect.
Taste - Quite tart, guava leading the way with a little grapefruit mixed in again. Quite sour but not overdone.
Mouthfeel - Medium-light bodied, very refreshing, this would be amazing in summer months. Prickly carbonation and semi-dry and almost a touch salty to close.
Overall - Another great one in the Jelly King lineup.

Really hazy, vanilla pudding look with off-white head. Aroma is really tart and fruity with tropical notes like maracuja. Taste follows with tart and juicy fruits, some yeast funk, light sauerkraut, slightly bitter finish. Medium plus body with medium carbonation and a light prickly/astringent feel. I really like it, easy drinking and refreshing.

This one pours a super hazy pink-ish orange, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
There's so much juicy guava on the nose, with stone fruit and tart grapefruit, lemony acidity, etc, etc.
This is a really excellent expression of guava- it's about 40% sweet/60% sour, with a nice stone fruit and grapefruit hoppiness, a bit of lemon rind, slight acidity, and a seemingly creamy and oat-derived finish.
This is creamy, and super juicy, with a good level of carbonation.
This whole series has been truly fantastic.
