A continuation of our fruited gose series, this batch was conditioned on mango and passion fruit puree. The addition of lactose makes for a luxurious body, while the vanilla complements the juicy fruit flavours.

Hazy peach color with just a bit of off-white foam. Aroma is straight passionfruit and pineapple yogurt. Taste starts tart and briney with a light medicinal/aspirin note. Really fruity with some mango burn on the finish. Medium to light body with medium carbonation. Overall it's a great gose with really nice passionfruit notes.

A very nice blend of mango, passionfruit, vanilla, a touch of salt and a mild tartness. The body is very smooth and gentle, with a mild carbonation. The big fruit flavours and the mild carbonation certainly contribute to a juice flavour. The vanilla really smooths the entire flavour profile out, blanketing everything and wrapping it in one combined taste. Yum.
