This heavily dry-hopped Milkshake-style IPA was brewed with lactose sugar and apple pectin, and was conditioned on vanilla and a huge amount of passion fruit puree.

Golden, opaque, juicy body, with a sticky pure white head, with about 2 mins retention that leaves a steady film.
A delightful bouquet of exotic fruit, plenty of passionfruit, golden pineapple, a little floral. I could just smell this and be happy.
Tart fruity flavour, vibrant passionfruit again, and reminiscent of those Dole fruit cups you had as a kid. Full and slightly syrupy like the juice in those cups, with leaving a slick on the tongue that lingers, beckoning for another sip., encouraged by the dry finish and just a touch of citrus hops. Medium-low carbonation, but that doesn't hinder it too much. Really appreciate it being so fruit forward without being cloying. Very easy drinking.
I can't stop drinking this thing, the puckering passionfruit flavours are amazingly pure and bright, it could convert even those that don't like fruit in their beer. It's made for summer beside some guac and tortillas, or a burger with mango/jalapeno salsa, but I'll have it any time of year.

Passionfruit a little much for me. Lots of fruit, vanilla, lactose. The vanilla is very strong and I find it clashes a bit with the passionfruit. Nice smell, but one of the weakest Milksharks.
