This is a slightly different variant of our regular Jelly King. Rather than using the highly expressive yeast we usually ferment with, we opted to use the slightly expressive Vermont Ale yeast to showcase the massive Mosaic dry-hop. Lots of berry, clementine and peach going on in this batch.
