This mixed fermentation ale is soured with a house blend of lactobacillius cultures prior to secondary fermentation with our house Jelly King yeast. The result is juicy, sour, and thirst quenching. Lots of fuzzy peach, tangerine, and cedar hop aroma and flavours with very low bitterness.
This limited edition version includes a large dose of blood orange, adding additional fruit flavours and a lovely deep orange colour.

A rather balanced sour, yielding more orange flavour. Still not so aged that the hops are contributing to the taste mix. I close my eyes and almost taste orange soda with real orange taste. Appropriate carbonation.

Bottle: Poured a hazy orangey color ale with a large foamy head with OK retention and some minor lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some orange and grapefruit notes also noticeable. Taste is a good mxi of strong tart notes with some bitter orange and grapefruit notes with nice citrusy feel and low acidity. Body is full with OK carbonation. Nice mix of flavours while also retaining some good drinkability.

Really hazy peach color with off-white head. Aroma is really juicy and tropical with ripe oranges, unripe mango and some passionfruit. Taste is tart and juicy with fruit yogurt notes and a light fruit seed bitterness on the finish. Medium body and carbonation. Really juicy, fresh and easy drinking, one of my favorite series of fruity sour ales.
