Got this one from Hopsolutely this past summer. Cheers, guys!

From a 500ml bottle into a snifter
Brewed with Amarillo, Mosaic and Lupulin Powder

APPEARANCE: Pours a 1+ finger, looser, foamy and bubbly white head with half decent retention. Murky, cloudy amber in color with no carbonation evident. Head slowly pops down to a splotchy wisp. Splotchy wisp remains leaving touches of lacing down the glass as it empties. Poor head but otherwise fine.

SMELL: Lots of fruit. Melon, honeydew, pineapple, mango and passion fruit. Very tropical fruit forward and lots of lovely fruity stuff to relish in. Bold as well.

TASTE: Honeydew melon, passion fruit, mango and a touch of soapy hops up front. Fruity finish with mango, passion fruit, pineapple, melon and some light, very light soapy bitterness lingers on the palate. Very tropical and fruit forward. Lovely.

PALATE: Medium body and medium levels of carbonation. Creamy enough on the palate, a little foamy perhaps, goes down fine and finishes a bit dry.

OVERALL: Lovely NEIPA. The aroma and flavor on this one are outstanding. This is yet another reason to believe that Bellwoods is simply where it’s at in terms of hop forward beer in Ontario. It might even be where it’s at in terms of beer in Ontario, period. This one is excellent. Thanks again, guys! Cheers!

Cold, I got a bit of powder on aftertaste floating in my mouth. Some interesting taste, spider lace. More satisfying rounded hop taste as warmed, but still lots of powder. Touch of throat irritation, better than it used to be.
