Served in a tulip glass
This beer pours yellow and turbid. It looks like pineapple juice. It is topped with an inch of creamy, beige head that leaves spotty lacing.
The aroma is tropical fruit with pineapple standing out to me.
The taste starts out with an overload of tropical fruit. Then a light dose of piney bitterness brings it out of the juice category. The finish is pine and bitter grapefruit.
Medium mouthfeel
This is quite a delicious IPA. It is by far the best IPA I had on a recent trip to Toronto including the beer I brought home.
