This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small foamy head, and lots of lacing.
This smells a bit funky and estery, which works well with the big juicy peach and melon from the hops on the nose.
The Norwegian yeast they unearthed for this beer give a funky, fruity and sharp taste to this. It balances the soft and juicy hop flavors really well, and make a really unique take on a pale ale.
This has a slight lingering bitterness, with a very soft and fluffy mouthfeel.
This is definitely one of the more unique pale ales I've ever had- I would love to try more beers that use this yeast.
