Look is hazy straw gold with about a finger of white fluffy head. Break is quick and not much left behind.
Smell is citrus led, with floral aspects. Pithyness comes on towards the end.
The taste is like the nose, led by citrus pithy aspects, but then you get a juicy flavor. Finally on the back end there is a trailing flavor of bitter grass...is that a thing ?
Feel is nice and comes in light to medium with good carbonation. Finish is dry and you are left with a bitter hops that begs for more.
A fine beer that goes down too easy. This is a very sessionable beer.
