Bottle: Poured pale orangey color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with light oak and clearly recognizable vinous notes. Taste is also dominated by vinous notes with some nice grape notes with some tart notes and some oak also noticeable with some light funky Brett notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Great saison with nice added complexity form the wine barrels.
