Farmageddon is our wild farmhouse ale that we've been brewing, blending, and aging for almost as many years as we've been open. The blending process allows us to maintain a common thread across batches, the aging adds nuanced layers, while the brett and bacteria work hard to create small idiosyncrasies in each release. It's a refined, effervescent, and delicious beer worthy of special occasions and idle weeknights.
The balanced, bright, slightly acidic, subtly bretty barrel aged beer that is Farmageddon has come to exist as the perfect base for experimentation with wine grapes and fruit.
This limited variant conditioned on a combination of Canadian cranberries and cherries for over a month before conditioning in the bottle for 6 months.

Poured from the bottle into a Bellwoods snifter glass.
A bubbly and beautiul bowled color of peach red and orange color for the body, mixing with and off white head that has just a fair hint of pink to it. A good light bubbled head at two fingers, some staying power which is impressive for a wild as it settles to a good simple puck and collar. Great looking beer.
Excellent aroma. Wild yeast with wonderful notes of jolly rancher like hard cherry candy, and good tart cranberry flavors. Faint hints of cotton candy like sweetness mixed with a real good funk and quality. Playful sense of malt sweetness with funky fruity and slightly sour tones. Real impressive.
Palate is just slamming wonderful. Juicy rich fruit with a light tartness, mixing with funky flavors and an almost champagne crispness. Goes a bit Martenellis like in flavor but has excellent cherry and cranberry simplicity and flavor. Great chewy malt depth as well, that feels like you could sink your teeth into.
Hard to not drink this so quickly. Stupidly enjoyable and real easy drinking for a wild.
