Body has a rich gold, apricot flesh colour, hazy and unfiltered, forming a reticent, egg white head, bubbly and half a minute retention.
Aromas of white wine, floral honey, granola, apple juice.
Sharp and vibrant flavour & feel, of apple juice, bitter peach pit, pine resin, all with an acidic yeasty tang; medium body, and a med-light, very fine carbonation, accompanied by a sticky feel that has a soft heat in the finish, courtesy of both alcohol and the acidity.
A champagne-like feel paired against a pithy, tangy taste - some will fine it interesting, others too intense. For it's simplicity, it is not tame.

Thanks to Coronaeus for this one, from NBS BIF#12. 500ml bottle (dated June 11, 2020) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a bright, clean clear medium-dark gold color with over an inch of white that dissipated semi-quickly and left no lacing.
Funk at the front of the nose, with slight vinegar and wood notes behind. Maybe a faint touch of apple/pear at the very back.
Very similar on the tongue, with the funk being more tart, and the wood/fruit being slightly more notable as well.
The body was light, crisp, nicely carbed, and had a very dry finish.
Drinkability was very good, and interesting brew throughout.
Overall, a very nice brew, certainly worth a shot if you see it.

Pkg: 2020. Light aroma of sweet citrus and sour funk. Tastes of champagne style apple and citrus. There is some funk there but not as prominent as white picket fence. Tart and lightly sour. Medium body and medium sparkly carbonation. Not as complex as I would expect.

Acidic aroma with notes of grass, farmhouse funk and grape. Light and dry mouthfeel, moderately carbonated. Acidic taste with notes of hay, white grape and as it warms up by swirling it in the mouth I could pick up notes of honey as well. A very well brewed barrel fermented, spontaneous coolship beer.

Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy blonde color ale with a large white foamy head with limited retention and light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some oak and funky yeast notes is pleasant. Taste is a mix of wild and funky yeast notes with some tartness, oak and light acidic notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. More complex then I was expecting.
