500 mL Bottle. ABV 10.5%.
Appearance: Black, Half a finger of creamy brown head, Decent retention.
Aroma: Lots of raisin, Caramel/Butterscotch, Chocolate, Rum, Dark coffee, Spices, Slight vanilla, Slight molasses.
Mouthfeel: Under full body, Smooth, Dry, Warming, Well hidden alcohol.
Flavour: Roasted malt, Raisin, Booze, Rum, Chocolate, Roasted dark coffee, Spices, Caramel.
Overall: 2017 Version. Great stout with complexity and balance. Very enjoyable and a good example of the style.
