"Come What May- Dry Hopped. Foeder Aged Hoppy Brett Beer 5.0% ABV".
Anyways, it's very similar to White Picket Fence and Brettal Head beer.
Pours a golden yellow color that makes maybe 1 finger of foam, but disappeared by the time I was done taking a leak.
Has a very lemony and pine aroma to it. Taste is exactly how it smells. I'm not the biggest fan of beers like these, but I don't mind them either. Wouldn't go out of my way to buy these but wont turn them down if offered either. You have to try at least 1 of these beers to know what I'm talking about. You might be on the fence like I am, or you might just like them.

473 ml can served cold into a tulip. Brewery purchase. Listed at 5% ABV.
Appearance - Fairly hazy rich golden brew with yellow highlights. Two fingers of long-lived head and some nice streaky lacing.
Smell - Some earthy weedy hops over some funky barnyard aromas. Bread is ever present in the background. A few little floral and grassy accents too.
Taste - A saison with some sourness, bready flavors, some light yeasty sweetness, then some oak, leafy weediness and hints of citrus way back there. Not the most cohesive brew, but plenty going on.
Mouthfeel - Fairly fizzy, medium bodied and semi-dry finish.
Overall - Enjoyable enough brew, the sourness and oak foeder aroma and taste do add something but with this much complexity it's not always the easiest to drink beer. Worth a try if you can find it.

This one pours a hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like pineapple, chalky Brett, with white wine, vanilla, and citrus.
The top character is hanging on well here, with a juicy but refreshingly bitter finish. There’s a light, slightly chalky, but sweet funkiness here.
This is light bodied, juicy, and crisp, with a very solid drinkability.
Bellwoods has always done dry hopped sours well - I’ll always want to try a new one.

Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large white foamy e3had with good retention and good amount of lacing. Aroma of dry lady hops notes with some dry funky ester. Taste is a nice refreshing mix of peppery yeast notes with some dry leafy hops with some dry Brett notes with light cat litter notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid saison with a great mix of Brett yeast strain and dry hoppy notes.
