In this collaboration with Indie Alehouse, both breweries started with the same recipe but used different hop ratios. We used 25% Nelson Sauvin and 75% Talus and Indie used the resulting beer showcases aromas and flavours of fresh pineapple, orange juice from concentrate and lychee. (Our buds at Indie used 25% Talus and 75% Nelson Sauvin.)

A collaboration with Indie Ale House.
Pours Hazy gold with a chunky, everlasting head that coats the glass in lace. An explosion of apricot, passionfruit, mango, pineapple, white grapefruit, blueberry hops in the nose. The taste follows suit with huge walls of tropical hop juicyness. The malt profile is subdued, just managing to provide some balance. The mouthfeel is full bodied with creamy, active carbonation. High bitterness in the resiny, fruity, everlasting, mouthcoating finish.
This is a benchmark American Pale ale exploding with dense layers of hops. Excellent stuff.
