Double Monogamy Citra is a spin on our classic series of single hop IPAs -- the delicious, controlled experiment designed to give us all a better understanding of what a hop can do when it flies solo.
In this version we bumped up the hops, taking us into DIPA territory.
Brewed exclusively with Citra hops, this beer showcases notes of fuzzy peach, Riesling, and purple popsicle.

Concentrated Citra.
Pours cloudy blond with a flash in the pan head with lots of foam trails on the glass. The aroma is of tropical fruit, mango, apricot, pineapple, lemon. The taste follows suit with walls of tropical fruit mingling with white grape, floral notes and berries. The mouthfeel is full bodied with medium carbonation. High bitterness and loads of dank hop flavors in the forever finish.
An excellent single hop DIPA from the masters of the style, Must try.
